The pace of construction has increased, as work on the interior of the Jester Park Nature center is well underway! Doors and walls are being constructed and the metal roof will soon be installed. Masonry that will cover the exterior of the nature center, as well as the fireplace, will also begin this month!
The former maintenance building, now known as the Outdoor Recreation and Wellness Center, is being revitalized inside and out. A new roof and siding will be installed, as the inside also receives a face-lift of additions such as activity rooms, a camp store and restrooms. (Construction update photos are below announcement.)
