It’s All Sunshine & Construction

This summer was full of sunshine and favorable weather for the nature center’s construction crew, giving them the ability to make significant progress! 

Underground plumbing and the main water lines to the building have been completed. This allows for the lower level floor of the nature center to be concreted. Which means that structural work above the foundation will begin shortly!

The foundation wall has been waterproofed and a septic system has been installed. A geothermal system will be placed the on south of the building, significantly reducing the cost of heating and cooling for the nature center. Once the geothermal lines are placed, the remaining portions of the parking lot concrete will be poured.
