Shine or rain (in this case), ground was officially broken for the Jester Park Nature Center on March 29, 2017. Polk County Conservation would like to thank everyone who attended and those who helped make the nature center possible. We are excited to begin this journey with you!

Despite the rain, a large crowd of people came!
